Electrical contracting works
include all activities related to the installation, operation and testing of power, lighting and low-current systems in the project, in accordance with the latest approved technical standards and specifications (such as NEC, IEC, or the client’s specifications).
HVAC works
include all activities related to the installation, operation, testing and commissioning of cooling, ventilation, and air quality control systems in accordance with the latest international standards and project specifications (ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, and client requirements)
Plumbing and sanitary works
include all activities related to the Supply, installation, operation, testing and commissioning, grey water and rainwater systems in accordance with the project specifications & international standards
( IPC, UPC, ASPE).
Low-Voltage
includes fire Alarm systems, Access Control system, CCTV system, Data and structured cabling network, Intercom system, Public address system, BMS.
